This Home Visitation Resource Guide was developed by the Southwest (SW) Denver Home Visitation Collaborative, which was established in Year 4 of the LAUNCH Together-SW Denver initiative. LAUNCH Together was designed to improve the social and emotional outcomes for young children (prenatal through age eight) and their families in Colorado. A priority for LAUNCH Together-SW Denver has been to improve social and emotional well-being for families by supporting the providers who serve them.
